Jeremy Lin: The Legend Continues

He did it again.

Amare Stoudemire returned to the Knicks lineup last night, but Jeremy Lin silenced those who questioned his production once the Knicks stars came back. Lin scored 27 points and handed out 11 assists, but his game-winning three-pointer with jose Calderon’s hands in his face just added to the budding legend. After looking pretty pedestrian for the first three quarters of the game, Lin scored 12 of his 27 in the fourth.

Sure, turnovers were a problem once again (he had 8 last night), but I’m sure he and D’Antoni were happy to escape with a W. D’Antoni probably more than anyone. In fact, the only person that probably isn’t happy with Lin’s success is Baron Davis. As for Mike Bibby, well, he’s just happy to be there. We’ll see what happens when Melo returns, but for now, Knicks fans should continue to enjoy the ride because this dude is the real deal right about now.
