Goddammit. You have to love Freddie Gibbs for his ability to rap about The Walk of Shame over this viciously soulful Madlib beat. I love the sample here, it’s the Manhattans “Wish You Were Mine,” an equally hilarious song if you consider the subject matter and the period. You might recognize the sample from a certain Fat Joe song…..
